Blueberry Smoothie Recipes

1. Blueberry Green Smoothie

By combining blueberries with raw spinach leaves, your digestive system will get a much-needed boost. Greek yogurt reduces intestinal inflammation and provides protein. A banana provides your daily dose of potassium.


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk, almond milk or soy milk

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Blueberry Pie Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/3 cup milk, almond milk or soy milk

Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

3. Tropical Blueberry Smoothie

Combining blueberries with tropical fruits and citrus will give your body lots of vitamin C to keep you feeling energized while boosting your immune system.


  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen mango
  • 1 cup orange juice

Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
